HHS Seminar: Interactions between lifestyle factors and hemodynamics influence cardiovascular function
Date and Time
Location
FSA 128
Details
On October 28th, HHS will be hosting a seminar by Dr. Joshua Cherubini, a postdoctoral research fellow in the Department of Kinesiology and Health Sciences at the University of Waterloo. All are welcome to join.
More about Dr. Cherubini's research: The vasculature is responsive to both biochemical signals in the circulatory milieu and biomechanical signals introduced by blood flow. This discussion will explore how interactions between lifestyle factors, including exercise and sleep duration, influence blood flow patterns to calibrate cardiovascular function across a variety of experimental models.
