Welcome to the 2021 Ontario Grain Dryer survey.
The University of Guelph is conducting this survey of Ontario grain dryer operators to understand how and where grain dryers are used in Ontario, and what challenges are facing grain dryer operators today. This survey should take no more than 10 minutes of your time. All responses are anonymous unless you choose to share your contact information with us at the end of the survey. The collected information will be aggregated and used to provide an overall view of grain drying in Ontario to growers, operators and other stakeholders. We will not release individual responses to this survey. Respondents who choose to provide their contact information will be entered into a random draw to win a $25 Tim Horton's gift card.
The research group also conducts research on grain drying energy efficiency and noise emissions. The principle investigator for this project is Dr. William Lubitz. If you might be interested in supporting or discussing this research further, there is an option to let us know at the end of the survey.
