Shine is an 8-week interactive workshop that will help you learn skills to boost your overall well-being. Topics include mindfulness, gratitude, optimism, self-compassion, and effective stress management strategies.

When?

Two on-campus workshops are offered this semester!

  • Wednesdays 3:30 - 5pm; starting September 26
  • Thursdays 1 - 2:30pm; starting September 27
