NOTE: It is required that the student, in consultation with the Advisory Committee/ Graduate Coordinator, complete and file a Graduate Degree Program Form in the department, to list all courses to be taken during the student’s program. This is to be submitted no later than the end of the student's second registered semester. Any changes to the list of courses will require approval of the Advisory Committee/ Graduate Coordinator and submission of a revised Graduate Degree Program Form.
