Lang alumnus Tony D'Amato Stortz is using his extra time during the pandemic by offering to build personal gardens for his neighbours.
After receiving the Canada Emergency Response Benefit (CERB), D'Amato Stortz decided to use the spare time and money to do his part in alleviating food-driven anxiety and give back to his community. In return for the gardens, he only asks that they do their part to help the community.

The University of Guelph and the Gordon S. Lang School of Business and Economics are excited to announce that Dr. Lysa Porth will become the new dean of the Lang School effective October 1st, 2020.

Former dean Julia Christensen Hughes and Executive Director of the John F. Wood Centre for Business and Student Enterprise Melanie Lang will join a collaborative group, tasked with navigating the operational and financial challenges created by the global public health crisis.
Congratulations to four teams of Lang students who were announced as AIM2Flourish 2020 Flourish Prize finalists, which includes students from universities in over 90 countries. They are among 76 finalists chosen from over 800 submissions.
