Potential Purolator Delays-December 2018

We have been made aware that there may be potential issues with Purolator pickups due to the Canada Post strike and the volume of shipments this holiday season .  Purolator has advised the Animal Health Laboratory that their customer service pickup line will not be answered daily after 1pm .   We are advising that if a pickup is required at your clinic, please contact Purolator prior to 1pm to ensure they will be able to accommodate.   If urgent, and Purolator will not be able to pickup, you may be able to drop it off at your local Purolator depot, but please call them to confirm.  https://www.purolator.com/en/ship-track/find-location.page?

For local clinics (KW, Cambridge, Guelph, Campbellville) we do have private courier companies available for pickup for urgent samples.
