AHL Update - July 1-3 hours - Extension of sample drop off times - AHL Guelph PM CLOSED

We hope that all is well and that everyone will have a chance to enjoy Canada Day!
Below is an update on three topics:
1. AHL hours and services next week and July 1st, 2nd and 3rd
2. Extension of Client sample drop off times in Guelph
3. Reminder of the AHL Guelph PM Room Closure.
July 1st week
Due to the University of Guelph closure for a long holiday weekend (July 1-3), AHL will have a reduced but fully operational staffing level on July 2nd and 3rd . Some TATs may be increased. Please contact the lab for any urgent submissions and these will be prioritized.
AHL Guelph specimen reception hours for June 29 -30 will be the normal 8AM to 6PM.
July 1 AHL is closed. AHL Guelph drop off of samples will be available 7AM to 8PM (see below)
July 2 and 3 - AHL Specimen reception will be open from 8AM to 5PM with out of hours drop off available to 8PM. The lab is open with a reduced but fully operational staffing level.
July 4th will be normal Saturday hours and services – 9AM to 5PM.
AHL Kemptville will have normal hours June 29-30 and July 2-3 and will be closed July 1st
Extension of drop off times for AHL Guelph.
A new automatic door has been installed at AHL Guelph Specimen Reception
The vestibule will now be open longer hours for drop off.
Hours will be 7AM to 8PM every day including weekends and holidays. (AHL Guelph Specimen Reception open 8AM to 6PM Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM Saturday and closed Sundays and Holidays). Please note any out of hours drop offs will not be processed until the next business day.
Also PLEASE NOTE – as part of the Public Health directive – masks MUST be worn in the AHL Guelph specimen reception vestibule when dropping off samples (one person at a time in the vestibule)
AHL GUELPH PM ROOM CLOSED
At the time of this writing AHL Guelph PM suite is still closed, as per the previous announcement, for floor replacement. You MUST call or email for any emergency PM requirements. We will email and place a note on our website when the floor is finished and we are open again.
