Friday, November 22nd Bruce Muirhead appears at Rural History Roundtable: “Dairy Supply Management: History, Challenges and Opportunities for a Resilient and Sustainable System.” The talk takes place from 1:30 – 3:30 pm in the Florence Partridge Room, 3rd floor, McLaughlin Library at the University of Guelph main campus. Dr. Bruce Muirhead is Associate Vice President, External Research, and a Professor in the Department of History at the University of Waterloo. He has written extensively on Canadian trade negotiations since the Second World War, as well as Canadian politics, diplomacy and economic development. His most recent work, which was funded by the Norwegian Research Council, focuses on the evolution of Canadian agricultural policy, especially dairy supply management. All welcome!!
