Details

On Tuesday, March 10th, our trial offering of HIST 3560-02: Experiential Learning is hosting a Careers in Heritage discussion. We have invited five people from the area to come speak with our class about their work in heritage related fields. I am extending the invitation to our department and interested students who may wish to attend.

The class is from 8:30am - 11:20am. The following professionals will be sharing a brief presentation on their careers and education and then will engage in a question and answer style discussion with students/attendees.

Luke Stempien, Collections and Research Coordinator, Guelph Museums

Lisa Cox, Curator, C.A.V. Barker Museum of Canadian Veterinary History, University of Guelph

Rebecca Smithers, Heritage Consultant, Guelph

Trevor Rutherford, Business Lead, Ontario Digital Service
