Nathalie Cooke, a professor of English at McGill University, is a Visiting Professor in the History Department this month. Dr. Cooke is the founder and editor of CuiZine: The Canadian Journal of Food Culture, and is will speak on October 21st from 1:00 - 2:30: "Stirring the Pot: Food Studies in the Digital Age." Part of the Digcafe Series, the talk accounts for the intersection of on-line journals, the digital humanities and Canadian food culture. All Welcome!
