Dr. Rachel Kopec, associate professor of human nutrition at the Department of Human Sciences at Ohio State University, will be presenting on "Leverage Dietary Bioactive Interactions for Improved Delivery," as part of the Department of Human Health and Nutritional Sciences' Seminar Speaker Series.

Workshop #1
The first workshop on February 14th, 2024 from 1:30-3:00pm will be virtual via Microsoft Teams. During the workshop, you will:
