The Guelph Family Health Study is a long-term study designed to follow families over many years.  Our group of researchers from the University of Guelph are working with families of preschool-aged children.  We are learning new ways to help families set good routines for eating, activity, sleep and screen time at home.  These habits can help kids be healthy now and in the future.  We are now welcoming families with at least one child between the age of 18 months and 5 years and who live in Guelph or the surrounding area.  Families who join will receive 6 months of health advice from our team and grocery store gift cards as a thank you.

We specialize in clinical trials of foods and natural health products for human health. There are many exciting projects happening in the HNRU, so be sure to explore this site often for more information and feel free to contact the HNRU with your questions or comments.
