Real Estate and Housing Job Fair

The Real Estate & Housing Job Fair is an opportunity to meet employers who are actively recruiting students for exciting co-op, part time, full-time and contract positions within the real estate and housing industry. Many employers in attendance have opportunities posted on Recruit Guelph that you can research prior to the day of the Fair.  Students of all years and programs and are invited to attend this Fair to network with employers to find out more about current and upcoming opportunities. Note: Registration is not necessary to attend.

We are hiring new grads for our PACE (Professional Accelerated Career Entry) program!  We hired a Guelph grad, Luke Nangle (BComm ‘14 and former varsity football player) who will be on hand to provide insight on his experience with Steelcase and the PACE program (since completing the PACE program, Luke has been promoted to Dealer Business Manager at Steelcase).

Application deadline: CEOx1Day

The Visiting Speaker Series is an opportunity for invited researchers and professionals, external to the University of Guelph, to present their research topic(s) to faculty and students. On September 16, the Department of Economics and Finance will welcome Ahmet Ozkardas from Turgut Ozal University / ANKARA who will be speaking on the topic of "Effects of Strike Pay in Wage Bargaining". Macdonald Hall Marketplace Party

2016 has been a pretty momentous year for the College of Business and Economics! We celebrate our 10th anniversary, opened the doors to the newly transformed Macdonald Hall and welcomed our largest cohort of business students to date! On October 28th from 11am until 1pm, all business students are invited to stop by the Paul MacPherson Marketplace inside Macdonald Hall for a “special treat” to help us celebrate!  Swag raffles, door prizes and Gryph the mascot!
