Flex Fitness Class (Free)

Join your collegues for a whole body, muscle, strength, and endurance workout.

When you show-up at Athletics, front-desk staff will direct you to change rooms and the location of the class.  

To attend this class, you must be a staff or faculty member of the University of Guelph.  You do not have to be a members of the Guelph Gryphons Athletics Centre.
