Pilates for All Fitness Levels (Free)

The Pilates method focuses on core strengthening, breath, and alignment. This well-known exercise technique helps participants gain awareness of body alignment while strengthening key core and pelvis muscles to support posture and heatlhy spinal movement.
Exercises will be modified for any known injuries.
Please note that the class begins at 12:10 p.m. and ends at 12:50 p.m.
When you show-up at Athletics, front-desk staff will direct you to change rooms and the location of the class.
To attend this class, you must be a staff or faculty member of the University of Guelph. You do not have to be a member of the Guelph Gryphons Athletics Centre.
