Random Act of Kindness: Write a Letter

Students, faculty and staff, join this short interactive session to do a random act of kindness.  Using a 5-minute inspirational video showing how a simple act of kindness can turn life around for the giver and receiver, participants will be provided with letters and asked to write a short letter to a friend, colleague or family member.

Take a mindful minute out of your day to participate in a small act of kindness.  Materials will be provided to participants.
