Mental Health First Aid- Part 1

The Mental Health First Aid Course is a 2 day course that provides participants the skills and knowledge to help people better manage potential or developing mental health problems in themselves, a family member, a friend or a colleague

Program focus:

MHFA teaches participants to recognize the symptoms of mental health problems, provide initial help and how to guide a person towards appropriate professional help.

Instructors:are qualified MHFA trainers from the university community

To register for this 2 full-day course, you will only need to register for Day 1.
