Details

In positive psychology research, gratitude is strongly and consistently associated with greater happiness. Gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve their health, deal with adversity, and build strong relationships.

On March 20th take the Gratitude Challenge. Find a common area in your office space and use sticky notes to share things that you are grateful for. Leave them up for the day or the week and share some gratitude in the workplace.

Share your photos on Twitter using the hashtag #WellnessatUofG.
