Today’s workplace is dynamic, fast paced and demanding for both the mind and the body. This 3-part series will explore the impact of our self-care habits on our day-to-day wellness. The overall goal for the series is to create a warm and engaging space for women to connect with one another to discuss their relationship with their body and their self-care habits. Sessions will examine what self-care looks like for you, your connection to your body signals for hunger, fullness, fatigue and stress, as well as helpful mindfulness strategies and using your strengths for success.

Facilitator Heidi Smith is a Registered Dietitian and Co-founder of the company “Vitality at Work”. She has been consulting for over 20 years and provides a unique perspective by combining her expertise on nutrition and exercise with her passion for mindfulness, body awareness, self-compassion, self-discovery and intuitive eating.
