Learn about where Hospitality Services purchases food locally, including many products from U of G facilities. Discover the environmentally friendly initiatives run by Hospitality Services, including the #iamreusable campaign. Ask questions about the food waste reduction programs, including Coffee2Compost and back-of-the-house composting.
Come join the tour and see where the food is stored and prepared, and learn more about the sustainable initiatives that contribute to making U of G a Canadian leader for sustainability initiatives within food service and retail operations.
