Feeling unfocused? Overwhelmed by everything you have to do? Wishing that you spent less time planning and more time simply being? Mindfulness Everyday: A Mini-Mindfulness Retreat might just be the support you’re looking for! Lead by Victoria Fritz, a Registered Social Worker, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy Facilitator trainee, future Dr. Fail (via her PhD), and self-proclaimed cat-lady this workshop will take a hands-on look at mindfulness in everyday life. We will explore what mindfulness means and take a brief look at some current mindfulness research. Participants will also have the opportunity to participate in some brief mindfulness practices and explore how they can make mindfulness a regular part of their lives, if they so choose.  Whether you have formal experience with mindfulness or are a total newbie all are wanted and welcome!

Participants are encouraged to have tea (or another drink of choice) or a small snack to practice some mindful drinking or eating during the session.

Register today!

Registered participants will be emailed the Zoom link in advance of the session.
