The Shine Cast is a new podcast where we’re opening up conversations around mental health, mental illness, how we cope and how we thrive within the University of Guelph community.
The Shine Cast has been created by staff and students at the Wellness Education and Promotion Centre to share the mental health journeys of our fellow Gryphons during these unusual times.
The first episode launches on January 28th!
Join our hosts Jordie and Linnea as they talk to Katie McLean from Student Experience about her struggles and successes in dealing with anxiety.
