Proper form is so crucial for building strength without injuries. As is proper continual progression to build up strength and learn new skill. From October 4th - 29th. Atheltics wants to show you one exercise per day from Monday-Thursday each week. Every week they will build upon the previous week to make us stronger in the basic moves of squat, push-ups, lunges and plank. You will be able to find a video of each exercise on their Instagram @gryphons_fitness. Take a video and tag them @gryphons_fitness every time you do. For every video they receive, you get an additional ballot added to a draw to win prizes. The more videos, the more chance to win! Contest closes Oct 31st at midnight.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
Step One: Download our GryphFit App to join the challenge
Step Two: Join the challenge on the "Challenge" icon in the app
Step Three: Open the Athletics Instagram every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday during the contest. Contest runs Oct. 4th - Oct. 28th. Manually record the workout using the app by simply choosing Weightlifting as the type and record your time you spent doing the exercise. Contest will count number of completed workouts. They will be entering names who complete 12 workouts into a draw to win a Matrix Prize Pack!
Step Four: Be entered into a draw to win a Matrix Fitness prize pack! Winner will be announced the week of Nov. 1st.
