What if there were a way to retrain your brain to work with worry rather than get stuck in it? We evolved to worry so that we would solve problems and increase our likelihood of survival. The obstacle, however, is that today’s world is drastically different. Rather than being supported by the ability to worry, people are debilitated by it.

People lose sleep, time from work, and waste a ton of energy due to worry. It impairs rational brain function and causes stress that can take years off of your life. The good news is that worry is actual quite simple to work with when you have the correct tools. Learn to doubt your doubts, feel empowered and self-efficacious, face your fears and feel stronger.

IN THIS WORKSHOP YOU WILL:

  • Identify how worry is wired within your brain and body
  • Learn to feel in control despite thoughts that something bad might happen
  • Learn a step by step process for doubting your doubts
  • Prevent panic and catastrophizing thinking
  • Move from being a worrier to a warrior
