Learn to make beautiful homemade paper embedded with native wildflower seeds. All materials will be provided in this hands-on workshop that uses recycled items and a simple DIY process. Participants will take home several pieces of handmade seed paper to plant in the garden or in a natural area. Once established, native plants need little care and provide important habitat for threatened pollinators and other wildlife species.

Facilitator

Christina Kingsbury is an interdisciplinary artist and educator whose practice is inspired by histories of care and explores ecology and inter-species relationships. She collaborates regularly with poets, ecologists, artists and the public - including ecological public - to create performance, installation and social practice works that have been shown in galleries, festivals and as public interventions both locally and internationally.
