GREAT at U of G Presents: Employee Appreciation Day Celebrations

Date and Time

Virtual Prize Draw (February - March 1st) and UC Courtyard Celebration (Friday, March 1st)

Employee Appreciation Day is on Friday, March 1st and GREAT at U of G is delighted to invite you to join the festivities.

Appreciation is the acknowledgement and enjoyment of the good qualities of someone or something. When it comes to a colleague, appreciation focuses on who the person is and their inherent value rather than just their achievements. It highlights someone's worth as a human being.

Virtual Prize Draw! (Open until Friday, March 1st at 5:00 pm)

While Employee Appreciation Day is designed to celebrate YOU, appreciation is most effective when it is built into a regular practice. To get in the spirit, GREAT at U of G invites you to consider, “What is one thing that you appreciate about your University of Guelph Community?” Be it a colleague, a place, a team, or something else, we invite you to share on the Employee Appreciation Day Kudoboard.

Submitting on the Employee Appreciation Day Kudoboard will automatically enter you into a draw for one of the following prizes. Please ensure that you indicate your email and preferred prize in your submission.

In-Person Celebration: Specialty Desserts, Beverages, Live Music and Prizes at the UC Courtyard (Friday, March 1st)

12:15 pm – 12:30 pm - Opening Remarks

12:30 pm – 1:30 pm -  Socialize and enjoy live music, specialty desserts, and beverages. Remember to enter a ballot for your chance to win a prize!
