“The voice is our emotional engine.  It carries our energy, health, vitality, joy, and intelligence.  Our voices are powered by the breath so we must learn how to belly breath”.  (From Play the Part:  Master Body Signals to Connect and Communicate for Business by Gina Barrett).

In 2020, Linda Watt did a session on “Powerful Speaking”.  That session generated a lot of discussion and interest.

Join us on Tuesday March 5th for a revisit of some of this content, followed by a session on belly breathing and other exercises that will relax important areas of the body so that we feel more confident in speaking and sharing our ideas.
