This 3 week program will be held on October 29, November 5 and November 12 from 12 pm - 1 pm. 

This program will focus on the core elements of stress and stress reactivity during stressful times and events. The session will explore how to shift from stress reactivity to stress response at work and life.  This session will provide strategies and practical tools to support in stress reduction and improve overall well-being and resilience.

Facilitator

Meghan Kirwin

Meghan is the founder of The Kirwin Group, established in 2004, and brings over 20 years of experience in designing and delivering impactful training programs for individuals, teams, and leaders. Her work is grounded in the principles of positive psychology, with a clear focus on helping people and organizations realize their full potential. Meghan holds a Master of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, with a specialization in Leadership and Organizational Behaviour, as well as a Master of Science in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of East London in England. She is also a certified teacher in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, bringing a thoughtful and research-backed approach to everything she does.

Registration

This 3-week program will be held on October 29, November 5 and November 12 from 12 pm - 1 pm. Please register only if you can commit to attending all 3 sessions, so everyone can fully benefit from this shared mindfulness journey.
