Join Nataly Lopez, Manager of the Guelph Food Innovation Centre (GFIC), for an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of the Centre and learn about the work happening to support food innovation and commercialization. Tour Guide
Nataly Lopez is the Manager of the Guelph Food Innovation Centre (GFIC) at the University of Guelph. She leads the Centre’s operations and works with industry partners, entrepreneurs, and researchers to support the development and commercialization of innovative food products.
With a PhD in Food Science and Technology and industry experience in food product development, regulatory affairs, and commercialization, Nataly brings expertise in translating food concepts into market-ready products. At GFIC, she works with companies, entrepreneurs, and researchers to advance new food innovations from idea to scale-up.
