Details

When the clocks change, your circadian rhythm doesn’t necessarily adjust at the same pace. Even a one-hour shift can temporarily affect sleep, alertness, energy and concentration- almost like a ‘hangover’.

Before we set our clocks back an hour on Sunday (Nov 1), join us to proactively learn practical, evidence-informed strategies for adapting most effectively and for protecting your sleep.

Topics include :

  • How changes in sleep timing can affect energy, alertness and performance and how long adjustment can take
  • What the evidence says about using melatonin, cannabis or CBD oil for sleep
  • Naps - and how to use them most effectively for energy & performance
  • How to boost energy the day after a bad night’s sleep
  • Recommendations for minimizing the ‘hangover’ effects of the time change (and jetlag)

There will be time in the session to ask any sleep-related questions you might have!
