Taking regular breaks during the work day can help you de-stress and re-charge.
Employees who are currently working at the Guelph campus as requested by their Manager or Supervisor, are invited to enjoy a free hot beverage on Oct 14 morning.
This opportunity is only available to those who are working on-campus, and those working remotely are not to come to campus for this event.
Stop by the UC Centre Six Tim Hortons or the OVC Cafeteria between 8:30 and 11:30 a.m. for a free medium coffee, tea, or hot chocolate.
