Women's Day 5K

One of the most anticipated events of the year, the Women’s Day 5K is back. The Wellness Education Centre holds the event to raise awareness of sexual violence and to show the number of people in the community committed to supporting survivors.

Participants will receive a bib that will say “I am here because” which can be filled out to show their support.

Everyone is welcome to take part in the event at whatever capacity they can.
