80% of women between the ages of 35 to 60+ navigating the menopause journey have moderate to severe symptoms due to fluctuating hormone levels. During the perimenopause to menopause years, 40% of women are at risk or will leave the workforce due to these symptoms. This program is designed to provide foundational strategies to support women during this phase of life. We will explore how we can navigate this time with ease, confidence and flow by adopting core areas in positive psychology, including sleep optimization, understanding the role of emotions, time in nature and leaning on those around us.
