In today’s fast-paced world, stress is unavoidable—but how we respond to it can make all the difference. Cultivating Calm and Clarity is a half-day evidence-based workshop designed to help participants better understand their stress responses and learn practical strategies for navigating stress with greater awareness. Grounded in psychology and neuroscience, this interactive series explores the “why” behind stress and introduces tools to help regulate it through thoughts, emotions, and actions.

By the end of the series, participants will:

  • Understand the nature of stress, including its physiological effects and the key factors that influence individual stress responses.
  • Learn and practice cognitive, emotional, and behavioural techniques to manage stress in daily life.
  • Leave with a personalized toolkit of practical strategies they can use to manage stress and live their values.

Who is this for?
