Remembrance Day Friday November 11th - AHL is open

To our valued clients. AHL is open on November 11th. We will be observing this important day as part of our work day. Please note that the major couriers (Purolator, Fedex, UPS) will be operating as usual on November 11th. Our local couriers will be operating as usual.

National Truth and Reconciliation Day Friday September 30th - AHL is open

AHL is open on September 30th. We will be observing this important day as part of our work day. Please note however that the major couriers (Purolator, Fedex, UPS) will be closed and will not be delivering nor picking up on September 30th. Our local couriers will be operating as usual.

Thanksgiving Day Holiday Weekend - AHL Monday October 10th - no testing

Labour Day Holiday Weekend

To our valued clients – as we approach the end of summer and the next Stat Holiday, we want all to be aware of AHL’s status on the September Labour Day Holiday weekend. AHL Guelph will be open Monday September 5th 9AM -5PM for drop off of submissions only (STAT Holiday - no testing performed). Sample drop-off in vestibule is available 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. AHL Kemptville will have drop off available but is closed. Emergency PMs are available in Guelph but you must call ahead and confirm.

Civic Holiday-August 1, 2022

To our valued clients – as we approach mid- summer and the next Stat Holiday, we want all to be aware of AHL’s status on the August Civic Holiday weekend. AHL Guelph will be open Monday August 1st 9AM -5PM for drop off of submissions only (STAT Holiday). AHL Kemptville will have drop off available but is closed.  Emergency PMs are available in Guelph but you must call ahead and confirm. Regular AHL Guelph limited Saturday service (Clinical Pathology and Bacteriology) and drop off Sunday service will be available July 30th and July 31st.

New invoice feature at the Animal Health Laboratory

Dear Clients,

We at the University of Guelph, Laboratory Services, Animal Health Laboratory (AHL) are excited to share with you a new invoice feature we will be implementing. Included in the invoice email you receive from us will be a link that will enable you to view and download all invoices generated under your customer number. This is in addition to the already attached invoice. 

Please keep an eye out for this additional feature which we are hoping to have available to you before the middle of June.
