CBSSC is looking for about 20 students to present their posters throughout the afternoon, and two or three students to present their pathways into research in the evening presentation section. Schedule:    1 to 5 p.m.: Student poster presentations 5 to 5:30 p.m.: Free pizza dinner 5:30 to 7 p.m.: “How to get into CBS research” presentations

A University of Guelph project to reintroduce an endangered butterfly is the feature of a new documentary, Butterflies on the Brink: The Story of the Mottled Duskywing, which will have its first public premiere at the Princess Twin Cinemas in Waterloo in October.

Dr. Faisal Moola, Associate Professor and Master of Conservation Leadership Coordinator, in the Department of Geography, Environment & Geomatics at the University of Guelph, will speak about Indigenous food sovereignty and the stewardship of “berried” landscapes.
