Canadian Foundation for Innovation (CFI) invests in University of Guelph research

The Canadian Foundation for Innovation (CFI) recently announced that it will invest more than $61 million in research projects across 48 Canadian universities. Five research initiatives at the University of Guelph have received more than $815,000 since this announcement.

Department of Food, Agricultural and Resource Economics (FARE) faculty member John Cranfield is among the Guelph researchers to receive this funding in support of a research study about the factors impacting the health, migration ad social mobility of Canadians. Project collaborators include economics professor Kris Inwood and history professor Graeme Morton. Congratulations!
