Bio
Bruce Pardy is Professor of Law at Queen’s University. He has written extensively on environmental law and governance, ecosystem management, climate change, property and tort theory, civil liability, education law, human rights and the rule of law. Professor Pardy has taught at law schools in Canada, the United States and New Zealand, practiced civil litigation at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP in Toronto, served as adjudicator and mediator on the Ontario Environmental Review Tribunal, and is an occasional columnist for the Financial Post and National Post.
