Intro to Pairing Beer with Food

Seminar overview

In this fun interactive class we talk about the basics of pairing beer to food.  Learn the three C’s, (Cut, Compliment, and Contrast), as well as matching intensities.  

Classic pairings will be discussed, both for their tried and true qualities and for their pitfalls.  Beer and cheese will blow your mind, and beer with dessert will open up a new world of combinations.  We then discuss how to pull off these concepts yourself while pairing, perfect for your next dinner party or night out at your favourite beer bar.
