An Intro to Sour, Tart, and Funky Beer

Seminar overview

Why is my beer sour?  In this seminar, we discuss beer fermented and soured with wild yeast and bacteria.  Common strains of microbes used to produce these beers, as well as modern
interpretations and sour beer throughout history and classic styles are discussed.  Learn about the use of fruit and other ingredients in these wild beers, and of course there will be sampling.
