Court Desautels
Group Leader & C.O.O.
Neighbourhood Group of Companies

The Neighbourhood Group of Companies includes the Woolwich Arrow Pub, Borealis Grille & Bar and Miijidaa Cafe + Bistro. Court's passion has been deeply rooted in hospitality since the age of 14 when he started working in the kitchens around Guelph, which eventually took him to Toronto where he received a Business Management Diploma from George Brown College. His work experience since then has included Event Coordinator for Sleeman Breweries, managing restaurants in Australia and even spinning vinyl at various clubs along the way. Despite all of his hospitality experience, Court's true passion is creating the most sustainable restaurant group in Canada and help pave the way for how restaurants will run for future generations to come.
