Are you ready to get your sweat on for a good cause? Gryphon Athletics is excited to host the first-ever ‘Move 4 Mental Health’, an indoor fitness fundraiser taking place at the Guelph Gryphons Athletics Centre on January 29, 2019 from 11 am to 1 pm.

Build your team of four people and join the fun by fundraising and participating in two hours of cycling, walking, running or wheeling on the track at the GGAC. Prizes will be given away for challenges, contests and best dressed. ALL dollars raised will be donated to mental health and wellness right here on the campus of the University of Guelph.

No experience is necessary, and everyone is welcome! Build your team with co-workers, teammates, coaches, friends or family. A team total of $200 is required enter.

Objective:
Our objective is to host a health and fitness oriented fundraising event for mental health on the campus of the University of Guelph. We are committed to giving 100% of the pledge donations to mental health and wellness right here on campus and providing participants with a memorable experience while raising awareness of mental health issues.

Why Support Move 4 Mental Health
Mental health and wellness is an increasing issue on all campuses and addressing these concerns is a complex issue. Providing effective support for mental health challenges is a priority at the University of Guelph. Gryphon Athletics is committed to assisting in the ongoing efforts for UofG to be a proactive campus that promotes the health and well-being of every student and employee and helps to raise the visibility of mental health and wellness on campus.
