How to Stay Socially Connected While Being Physically Distanced

Human beings are fundamentally social creatures, and our social relationships are one of the most important factors that contribute to living not only a psychologically healthy life, but a physically long life. Our social relationships can help us not only survive, but thrive in the face of adversity. As such, it is critically imperative that all of us place dedicated focus and attention on ways to enhance our social connections, in light of the physical distancing and isolation requirements of COVID-19. In this session, attendees will learn about the importance of staying socially connected through COVID-19, and learn creative ways to increase and maintain healthy, meaningful and connected social interactions while in isolation.
