The purpose of this workshop is to empower participants with the knowledge to identify how their thoughts drain their energy and to enhance energy through a mental shift. During the workshop participants are introduced to the concept of mental fitness and how it applies to multiple areas of development, personally and professionally. Familiarization with our mental high-jacking is explored during the overview of the three core mental muscles. Participants are afterwards presented three strategies for the applicability of mental fitness to energy enhancement. Further insight is brought during the practice exercise to gain participants actionable steps.
