Hibernate: A virtual, creative workshop on caring for our mental health in winter

Date and Time

Location

Virtual- event invite will be sent closer to the date.

Details

Winter is a hard season for many of us. The days are shorter, the quality of light is not as brilliant as the Spring & Summer months, the cold temperatures limit our activities and often lead us to retreat inside. For these reasons and more, our mental health can really suffer during the winter months. Join us for this creative workshop as we focus on how winter can be a season of healing dormancy and restoration. We will use art to explore the ways that we want to care for ourselves in this season.

Register now!

Wellness@Work will be providing the essential materials of 4 postcards for all those who register by end of the day on January 9, 2023, to ensure that this workshop is accessible to all participants. The supplies will be available to pick-up on the 5th floor UC, South Tower from Isidora Nezic's office on Thursday January 12, 2023 between 10:30am and 12:30pm.
