The increasing uncertainties in our lives are escalating stress and anxiety.

Learn a variety of research-based tips and approaches for decreasing anxiety, worry, doom scrolling, and co-ruminating, in the face of unsettling, stressful world events.

The workshop includes:

  • skills for navigating the stress and anxiety that naturally escalates during unpredictable, tumultuous circumstances
  • how to become more comfortable in the face of uncertainty
  • ways to shift from catastrophic worrying to constructive thinking
  • self-regulation strategies for promoting a centre of calm

This two-hour evening workshop meets online from 7:00 – 9:00 pm.
