Mindfulness at Work is focused on cultivating mindfulness to enhance the experience at work and in all facets of life. We will examine the facets of mindfulness, the role mindfulness plays in reducing stress, and strategies to cultivate it in your life.

Meghan Kirwin, Kirwin Group
Meghan has over 20 years of experience designing and delivering training programs for individuals, teams and leaders. Meghan has completed a Masters in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier specializing in Leadership and Organizational Behaviour. Meghan has also completed a Masters in Science in Applied Positive Psychology from University of East London, England. She is also a certified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Teacher.
