Feeling drained, distracted, or low on motivation? This one-hour lunch and learn offers practical strategies to help you understand, assess, and manage your energy for greater well-being. The following session will incorporate Martin Seligman's PERMA model, a research-backed framework from positive psychology.

The PERMA model focuses on five key areas that contribute to well-being:

  • Positive Emotion – Cultivating moments of joy and satisfaction
  • Engagement – Being fully absorbed in activities that energize you
  • Relationships – Building supportive connections with others
  • Meaning – Connecting with purpose and what matters most
  • Accomplishment – Setting and achieving goals that matter

Through guided reflection and interactive exercises, you’ll have the opportunity to identify what energizes you, what drains you, and how to make small, sustainable changes that boost both energy and overall well-being.

This session will equip you with:

  • A clear understanding of your current energy patterns across the PERMA dimensions
  • Practical strategies to increase energy, focus, and resilience
  • Tools to enhance well-being and personal performance in daily life
