Details
Grief isn't always tied to a clear or tangible loss. It can arise from situations that are difficult to define—such as grieving for someone who is still alive, the end of a relationship, or the loss of meaningful connection. These experiences can be confusing and are often overlooked or misunderstood.
In this session, you will:
- Develop an understanding of different types of ambiguous loss
- Learn to identify ambiguous grief within your own life experiences
- Recognize and validate less visible or undefined losses that may affect well-being and performance in the workplace
- Explore practical tools and strategies to support yourself or others
