In the fast-paced and often demanding environment of a university, it’s easy to overlook the importance of self-compassion. This workshop will use Dr Kristin Neff's evidence-based research to invite participants to explore practical ways to enhance self-compassion while navigating their professional and personal lives.

Through this interactive workshop, participants will:

  • Understand the core principles of self-compassion and its benefits.
  • Learn techniques to challenge self-criticism and develop a nurturing inner dialogue.
  • Practice mindfulness-based strategies to manage stress and enhance emotional resilience.
  • Identify ways to integrate self-compassion into daily routines for lasting impact.
